In fact, what looks good may not be good for your own body. Right now I will tell you how to make a healthy food that comes all together with a great taste.

The right way to make it done
There are no sins on you if you want to consume a meat, all you have to do is choose a good meat. Use lean meat or specify trimmed meat. Always get the skinless chicken or poultry, fresh fish or fish canned in brine or spring water instead of higher fat cuts of meat or crumbed or battered fish.

 Always remember to use reduced fat or low fat ingredients such as reduced or low fat milk, yogurt and cheese. To process your food, use low – fat cooking methods such as grilling, barbequing on a grill, dry baking or baking with small amounts of healthy oils, steaming, boiling, roasting on a rack and poaching. 

Cook your food on microwave also could be a great option as it stews with minimal amount of added fats. As you avoiding salt on your food, you better use herbs and spices for more flavoring. Coriander, pepper, garlic, ginger, oregano, basil, parsley and cumin would be a great substitute on your healthy food. Finally, you have to always remember to avoid a large amount of added sugars, such as table sugar, fructose, honey and golden syrup.
