Easy Healthy Recipies For Baby First Meal

Let’s make our own baby first food!
When our baby is about 6 months old, he is ready to eat solid foods. Best food choice for baby is home made food.                                                                                                                         We can ensure the food cleanliness when we make it ourselves. Don’t forget to choose food items that fit with our baby age. Vegetables and Fruits are always the right choice for our babies. It’s better for us to choose the organic ones.                                                                                                      It is because they are free from pesticides. So it will be very safe for our babies. However, if we can’t find the organic ones, we must completely clean the vegetables and fruits before we cook them.
For baby first meal, we should make a meal with a soft texture and runny consistency. Then the texture of the food can be made with a thicker consistency along with the growth of the baby. Do not give additional ingredients such as sugar or salt to our first baby food because the kidney function has not been perfect.
