Everything is Started from Yourself
Well, to stay healthy is started from you want, not other people want. If you have a big would, everything can be easily done. For example is control your food. It is better for you to eat red meat and grilled menu only a few times a year. This food has high cholesterol, so you better seldom to eat it. 

Besides food, you also have to notice your drink. It is better for you to drink fruit juice rather than tea, coffee, or alcohol. You may drink coffee and tea, but not too often. Mineral water still is the best drink ever in this earth. Control your drink then!

Do not forget to exercise. You do not have to go to the gym every day. By walking to go to the near place, it helps you burn your calories. Up and down from the stairs good for your health. The last, but not least, stay relaxes and has an adequate sleep. You have to notice that sleep will help your body to do metabolism and do the detoxification for your skin.

 To get a great sleep, make sure you keep your body and environment clear. You need to take a bath twice a day, at least and keep your home clean. When all the tips above have been done, to stay healthy is not difficult anymore.
